Write tools request confirmation according to your ChatGPT settings; a remembered choice may allow later calls. Other MCP clients keep website approval. Older connections that still show website approval can disconnect and reconnect once. MCP elicitation-form diagnostics do not test these built-in prompts.
OAuth connects your ChatGPT client to your PC Remote Commander account. Use the same public browser account that owns the selected computer.
