What PCRC provides

PCRC connects a computer you approve to a compatible MCP client. A local agent performs supported tasks within its configured access. AI clients, their subscriptions and their model behavior are separate from PCRC. Supported platforms and limitations are listed in the setup guide.

Your account and approval

Use your own GitHub account and protect account and device credentials. Only connect computers and data you own or have permission to manage. Compare pairing codes, review capabilities and assistant scopes, and approve control actions only when you understand them.

File changes, terminal commands, browser and desktop control may run with the local OS account's privileges. Commands are not confined to a folder. Keep independent backups and check proposed actions. PCRC approval controls do not guarantee that AI-generated instructions are correct. You can stop the agent, stop AI access or revoke a device from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not use PCRC for unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, disruption, quota evasion or interference with other users. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Use the support contact to dispute an account restriction.

Plans and recurring billing

Free includes 15,000 MCP tool calls per UTC calendar month and up to 12 active devices. Pro is offered at USD 15 per month plus applicable tax, with unlimited monthly tool calls and active devices subject to per-minute limits and acceptable use. AI-provider charges are separate.

The current staging checkout is Paddle sandbox and accepts test payments only. If live checkout is enabled, Paddle shows the actual currency, localized total, tax and recurring terms before you confirm. Do not rely on a fixed currency-conversion rate. Live subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

You can manage cancellation through the Paddle portal link in your purchase email or contact support for help. Cancel before the next charge to stop renewal. End-of-period cancellation retains access until that period ends; the dashboard reflects confirmed provider events. Refund requests are reviewed through Paddle and support, subject to the facts and any mandatory consumer rights. Account deletion is not a refund request and is blocked until subscriptions are fully canceled.

Privacy and account closure

The privacy notice explains service data, providers, retention and deletion. Use Account & privacy to request permanent closure. Closure blocks device and assistant access and removes active-service account data, while retaining a minimal closure marker. It does not uninstall software, undo completed actions, erase local files or delete records independently retained by GitHub, Paddle or your AI provider.

Availability and responsibility

PCRC is a beta service and may change or be interrupted. No uptime or support-response guarantee is offered. Priority email support is a queue priority, not a promised response time. We will take reasonable care in providing the service, but third-party availability and AI behavior are outside our direct control.

Use support for service complaints, billing questions and requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will date material changes here and give appropriate notice before applying changes to an existing paid subscription.
