Refund Policy
Clear steps for refund requests, cancellation and billing questions.
Request a refund
For an initial Pro purchase, contact support within 14 days if you want a refund reviewed. Include the purchase email, transaction reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Report duplicate, unrecognized or incorrect charges as soon as you notice them. Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords or access tokens.
We review the circumstances with Paddle, which processes the payment and refund. A request is not an automatic approval; we will explain the decision and any further information needed. This request window does not reduce any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
How an approved refund is processed
Approved refunds are handled through Paddle and normally returned to the original payment method. Processing and bank timelines vary; we do not promise an instant credit. We will not request a fee, a password or a separate transfer to release a refund. A pending refund may still be under Paddle review.
Our current support workflow requests a full transaction refund. Contact support if your case needs a different adjustment. A full refund paired with immediate subscription cancellation ends Pro access; your account can continue on Free unless it is closed.
Stop future renewal
A refund request does not cancel your subscription automatically. Use the cancellation link in your Paddle purchase email or contact support to cancel. Cancellation at the end of the paid period stops the next renewal and keeps Pro active until the period ends. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Deleting your PCRC account is also separate. All subscriptions must be fully canceled before deletion can proceed, and deletion does not erase independently retained payment or tax records.
Support and your rights
Email janagiri3297@gmail.com for a refund, cancellation or billing concern. If your receipt provides a Paddle buyer-support link, you may use that route too. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
